Yesterday, we were sad to find that one of the goslings had died.  We think it was Little Big Bird.  We buried him, along with the other eggs that hadn't hatched, and planted a tree in his honor.  His brother, Pip, lives on...

Today, our young friends Annie (7) and Mason (10) discovered something unexpected in the duck house - our first goose egg!  We're not sure which one of our ladies laid it, but it's sure something special.
