About the Event

Join Kelly Herman & Jules Snarr as they share in their art of making bread and butter! From traditional sourdough to gluten-free approaches. Jules believes that making sourdough bread at home doesn't have to be painstakingly precise, but rather can be an intuitive process that engages all the senses. In this class, she will demonstrate the basic steps of making sourdough bread, as well as share what tools are needed for home bakers and some additional resources for diving further into the world of sourdough. Kelly has experimented for many years with alternative whole grain baking. By studying and cooking foods from around the world, she discovered many vibrant and traditional ways of baking without wheat. Kelly will share her method for creating delicious and allergy friendly gluten-free, vegan, sprouted whole grain bread
