From BBB:
Arugula is an easy-to-grow, aromatic salad green, with slightly more peppery/nutty flavor than the cultivated variety and is rich in nutrients. Native to the Mediterranean it was a popular salad plant in the Roman times. The deeply lobed leaves provide variety in salads and great flavor to sandwiches and as a garnish. Use the leaves when young and small and re-seed often for continued harvest. Wild arugula pesto is an absolute favorite and it is also a great candidate for container gardens and winter microgreens! It can germinate at temperatures as low as 40 degrees F. Wild Arugula gets a bit bitter when temperatures reach 80 degrees so plant in spring and fall. Let them go to flower for the pollinators in the mid-summer. The flowers are tasty too.Germ: 5-7 daysMaturity: 30-40 daysNet Wt. per Packet: 500 mgApproximate Seed Count: 273 Seeds/PacketPlant: Sow directly into loose, fertile garden soil that has been improved with compost 3-4 weeks before last frost date.
