From BBB:
Anaheim Pepper is a hardy, long-bearing, medium-hot chili pepper. The tall bushy plants grow best in warm weather, producing a multitude of 6-10″ (15-25 cm) tapered fruits with medium-thick flesh and a pungent aroma. Use these peppers fresh, canned, pickled or dried and strung together to form decorative ristras for later use. The color changes from deep green to bright red when fully ripe.Planting your hot peppers with tomatoes, green peppers and okra provide your pepper with some needed shelter from the sun which will help prevent your plant from drying out as quickly. Hot peppers like to be grouped with cucumbers, eggplant, tomatoes, okra, swiss chard and squash. They also do well when planted with basil, oregano, parsley and rosemary. Be sure to keep your hot peppers way from broccoli, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and fennel. You can also make a tea out of your peppers and use it as an insect repellent!Germ: 12 daysMaturity: 70-90 daysNet Wt. per Packet: 1 gramApproximate Seed Count: 138 Seeds/Packet
